THE CHALET
Set within the grounds of Granite Villa, the chalet provides self-catering accommodation for up to 5 people. The 3-bedroom accommodation comprises a double room, a twin room and a single room, lounge-diner, kitchen and bathroom.  There is gas central heating throughout the chalet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge. There is a full range of crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils and pans along with a kettle and toaster.

The bathroom has a bath with an overhead electric shower.

The lounge is equipped with a television (with dvd player and digital receiver) and a music centre.

All bed linen and towels are provided. The chalet is cleaned and towels and bedding are changed weekly.

Additional towels are available for swimming, dogs etc if required.

At the backdoor of the chalet there is a drying area with a rotary washing line.

The front door of the chalet opens on to a lawn, which has tables and chairs, benches and a swing seat.

The garden area is shared with guests staying at Granite Villa. Off street parking is available.

The tariff for the chalet is £350.00 per week and includes gas and electricity. Where available it is possible to rent the chalet for a part week.
